- Units, motion in a line and in a plane, laws of motion
- Work, energy, power, rotation and gravitation
- Heat, kinetic theory, thermodynamics, oscillations and waves
- Electrostatics and current electricity
- Magnetism, electromagnetic induction and alternating current
- Ray optics, wave optics, atoms, nuclei and semiconductors
Chemistry

- Mole concept, atomic structure, states of matter, equilibrium and thermodynamics
- Electrochemistry, chemical kinetics and solutions
- Periodic table, chemical bonding, p-block, d-block and coordination compounds
- Basic organic chemistry, hydrocarbons, haloalkanes and oxygen compounds
- Aldehydes, amines, biomolecules and polymers
Mathematics
60 questions, 1 mark each, 60 marks · 80 minutes, its own session

- Algebra, complex numbers, sequences, binomial theorem, matrices and determinants
- Trigonometry and inverse trigonometric functions
- Limits, continuity, differentiation and its applications
- Integration, area and differential equations
- Straight lines, circles and conic sections
- Vectors, three-dimensional geometry, probability and statistics
